Scheduling interviews for Chief of Otolaryngology !

The ideal candidate for Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist with proven leadership experience and a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence. This individual will lead a well-established, high-volume ENT program that offers comprehensive services, including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology, supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practitioners, and a strong referral network. Has a commitment to mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture.

Experience developing junior staff/faculty.
Proven track record of academic accomplishments and service necessary to ensure the continuation and enhancement of the ENT program.

This is high-volume well-established practice with sub-specialty program support for adult patients (Head/Neck, Rhinology, Otology) and general specialty services for pediatric patients.
