Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. No weekends, no holidays
- Setting: Clinic.
- Types of cases: The provider will be seeing patients, conducting new consults and follow ups. The provider will also be doing minor procedures in the clinic.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call but open to discussing if provider is wanting
- PPD/Census: Estimated 18-20 PPD Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.).
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
- Certifications: The provider must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
- Licensure: Must have active Oregon and Washington licenses as the provider will be seeing patients in both states.
