Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified ENT / Rhinologist to provide specialized coverage for neurosurgical support in Tennessee!
Flexible scheduling — starting with 1 day of coverage per month and expected to grow into additional days.

✅ Setting: Neurosurgery department; OR support for neurosurgery
✅ Contract Length: Ongoing locum coverage
✅ Schedule: 1 day/month (to expand); specific times TBD
✅ Call: No call required
✅ Support Staff: APPs on service
✅ EMR: Epic
✅ Patient Volume: 3–4 cases per month
✅ Patient Population: Adults
Skill Set / Case Mix:
• ENT specialist for endoscopic trans-sphenoidal access for pituitary cases
• Sinus surgery for CSF leaks and opening/closure for translabyrinthine craniotomy
• ENT generalist assistance with anterior cervical spine approaches (particularly for patients with prior surgery, cancer, or radiation)
• Rhinologist or Neurotology-fellow trained providers also considered if able to perform listed cases
Requirements:
• Board Certified in ENT (or equivalent with relevant training and case experience)
• Licensure: Tennessee (assistance available)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
