Aya Locums is seeking an ENT Physician to provide part-time surgical coverage supporting a neurosurgery department in Tennessee. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled neurosurgical team, perform advanced ENT procedures, and contribute to complex surgical cases — all within a flexible, low-volume schedule.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: February 2026
• Coverage: 1 day per month Day (8 Hours) 7:00 (Flexible) - 15:00 (Flexible), (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc, with potential for additional days as coverage needs grow)
• Call: 1 day per month
• Schedule: TBD (specific dates provided with advance notice)

• Patient Volume: 3–4 surgical cases per month
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
• Inpatient – Surgical (Neurosurgery OR)

Procedural Focus
• Endoscopic trans-sphenoidal access for pituitary cases
• Sinus surgery for CSF leaks
• Opening and closure for translabyrinthine craniotomy
• Assistance with anterior approaches to the cervical spine, particularly for patients with prior surgery, cancer, or radiation
• Rhinologist or Neurotology-fellow trained providers will also be considered if able to perform these procedures

Requirements
• Board Certification: ENT (must demonstrate training or case logs supporting listed procedures)
• License: Active Tennessee license or IMLC
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA required)
• DEA: Required (Tennessee)
• Vaccinations: Required per facility policy
• Experience: No minimum required with appropriate training and case documentation
