✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review therapy and medical records related to speech, language, and developmental impairments.
✔️ Evaluate severity and impact in accordance with SSA disability criteria.
✔️ Provide expert written and verbal consultations to DDDS adjudicator staff.
✔️ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary adjudicative team.
✔️ Participate in quarterly consultant meetings and maintain compliance with all documentation standards.
✔️ Ensure timely response to consultation requests during business hours.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
✔️ Licensure:
• Current, unrestricted license in Speech-Language Pathology (WA preferred; others accepted for specialty per RFQ)
• Must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State
✔️ Experience:
• 5+ years in disability consultation (DDDS or similar)
• 2+ years of post-grad experience in SLP or developmental therapy
✔️ Skills: Proficient in medical record review and electronic systems
✔️ Compliance: Must not be excluded from Medicare/Medicaid or federal programs
