Locum Tenens – Otolaryngologist (ENT) | WV

Job description

Compensation: 
Pay Range: $220-240/hr.
Night Call: $450/hr.
Weekend Call: $4,200
Call Back: $450/hr. 

Schedule & Call:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Call required (approx. 6 days per month, both weeknights & weekends) 
Average OR cases 3-4 procedures per week (one OR day) 
Minor office procedures include biopsies and nasoendoscopies 

Requirements:
Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) 
Active State License (or ability to obtain WV license / IMLC  / temp license ) 
DEA required
BLS & ACLS required
Minimum 1 year experience
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
