📅 Assignment Details
Start Date: 10/20/2025
Contract: Ongoing (full-time coverage needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Call: Approx. 6 days/month (weeknights + weekends)
Setting: 956-bed hospital | General ENT & Audiology Department
Patient Population: Children through adults
EMR: Cerner
🩺 Clinical Scope
OR: Dedicated OR time one day per week, typically 3–4 procedures/day depending on case type and complexity
Clinic/Office: Biopsies, nasoendoscopies, and other minor ENT procedures
Department includes General ENT services and a Head & Neck Cancer Specialist for comprehensive care

✅ Requirements
Board Certification in Otolaryngology
Active WV license or IMLC / WV temp license eligible
DEA, BLS & ACLS required
Minimum 1 year of post-training experience
