✅ Qualifications
✔ Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
✔ Valid California COTA license & BLS certification
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab or outpatient therapy
✔ Proficient in therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment use
✔ Strong interpersonal, observational, and patient education skills

✔ Implement individualized OT treatment plans
✔ Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and daily living tasks
✔ Monitor progress and provide feedback to supervising OT
✔ Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home exercises
