Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner needed in MA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 20 shifts/month 8a-5p M-F
Work Details: Ordering appropriate medications and procedures for patients with various chronic pain conditions, and handling medication refill requests

MA License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 10 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
