Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner NYC, NY

We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in the NYC area. The incoming Physician Assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced in primary care and pediatrics. We have 2 clinics, and the Practitioner will be required to practice at both in Queens and NYC. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group, and the incoming PA/NP will be focusing on primary care, with Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).

Duties:
• Primary Care- Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual exams
• Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
• Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
• Medication refills as needed

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
