✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate patients and diagnose functional limitations.
✔️ Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
✔️ Provide vestibular and balance rehab services.
✔️ Track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
✔️ Educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
✔️ Licensure: Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
✔️ Experience (Preferred): At least 1 year in outpatient neuro/ortho settings or vestibular rehab.
✔️ Technical Skills: FYZICAL Balance Level 1 certification (must be obtained before start date).
✔️ Soft Skills: Independent, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong patient rapport.
