✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️ Graduate of APTA-accredited PT program
✔️ Current Montana PT license (or eligibility)
✔️ Strong communication and care planning skills
✔️ Open to new grads or experienced PTs

✅ What You’ll Do:
✔️ Evaluate patient conditions and develop customized treatment plans
✔️ Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
✔️ Set functional goals and document progress
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize outcomes
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab process
✔️ Support department initiatives, mentoring, and patient education
