Outpatient Orthopedics Physical Therapist
Location: Mount Vernon, NY
Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, shifts 7-3 or 12-8)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outpatient Orthopedics Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position with profit sharing. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinic meetings.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active New York State Physical Therapy license.
Outpatient orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred (new grads welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
