✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
✔️ Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to enhance function and quality of life.
✔️ Partner with nurses, physicians, and other rehab staff for well-rounded patient care.
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of care plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
✔️ Licensure & Certifications:
Active PA Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or similar clinical environment.
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in treatment planning, patient engagement, and adaptability.
