✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on clinical goals.
✔️ Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance strength, mobility, and function.
✔️ Coordinate care with RNs, physicians, and therapists to ensure optimal outcomes.
✔️ Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations and progress notes.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
✔️ Licensure & Certifications:
Active PA Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a rehabilitation or comparable clinical setting.
✔️ Skills: Excellent planning, communication, and adaptability in diverse patient care scenarios.
