✔ Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
✔ Active PA state Physical Therapist license
✔ Current BLS certification
✔ Minimum 1 year clinical experience in rehabilitation or similar setting
✔ Proficient in developing & executing individualized treatment plans
✔ Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered skills
