📋 Requirements
✅ Degree in Physical Therapy
✅ Active Vermont PT license
✅ Current BLS certification
✅ 1+ year of rehab or clinical experience
✅ Strong communication & patient-centered approach

✅ Perform patient evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
✅ Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments
✅ Track and document patient progress
✅ Work collaboratively with RNs, MDs, and other therapists
