Locums PM&R Physician Needed in Tampa, FL

Job description

**Please note: The Providers need to be "out of network" with the major health insurance carriers like BCBS, UHC, Aetna, UMR and Cigna.**

Interventional Pain Management ( neck and back pain)
PM&R
4 shifts a month
2 are at exam days at the office, 8:00 to 5:00. 10/12 pts a day, exams only
Two days are at the surgery center, 5 to 6 hours a day. 10/15 injections
