Job description

Opportunity Details
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Shared call rotation approximately 1:6 weekends
• Weekend call consists of daytime inpatient rounding only
Practice Details:
• Collaborative practice environment alongside Neurology and Neurosurgery teams
• Robust Hospitalist support on the inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Established team with experienced support staff
• Inpatient, outpatient, and consultative services
• Strong focus on neurorehabilitation patients
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with developmental or acquired neurological and physical impairments
• Design and monitor rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care, outpatient evaluations, and consult services
• Utilize expertise in therapeutic exercise, prosthetics, orthotics, and assistive devices
• EMG experience welcomed
• Spasticity management experience strongly preferred
Requirements:
• MD/DO or foreign equivalent from an approved medical school
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited PM&R residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active Minnesota License or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA Required
• BLS/ACLS Required
