Salary: $220,000 – $270,000 / year

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO with a specialty in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Examine and assess patients requiring physical rehabilitation
✔️ Diagnose and manage pain related to injury, illness, or chronic disability
✔️ Develop and implement customized treatment plans
✔️ Perform and/or oversee procedures such as:
    • Disc decompression
    • Prolotherapy
    • Vertebroplasty
✔️ Lead interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, and other clinicians
✔️ Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
✔️ Provide adaptive tools and education to enhance mobility and function
✔️ Support patients and families with long-term care strategies
✔️ Participate in ongoing research to advance care practices
