Requirements
✓ Active NY State Medical License
✓ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Responsibilities
✓ Diagnose and treat patients experiencing pain or limited mobility due to injury, illness, or chronic conditions
✓ Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
✓ Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists to maximize patient outcomes
✓ Recommend and perform non-surgical procedures such as disc decompression or vertebroplasty
✓ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
✓ Provide counseling and adaptive tools to patients and families
✓ Support long-term recovery and rehabilitation
✓ Engage in ongoing research to improve treatment protocols
