📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: April 20, 2026
🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🔹 Additional Schedule Details: Standard lunch break typically 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
🔹 Call: Office call only (after hours and weekends)
🔹 Practice Setting: Ambulatory clinic with sporadic OR coverage
🔹 Float Requirements: Coverage at ambulatory clinic and PRN floating to OR
🔹 EMR: Epic (required)
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: TBD

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Support Staff: Secretary and LPN onsite during clinic days
🔹 Acuity Level: Low–moderate (outpatient setting)
🔹 Procedures: ESI (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), MBB (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), RFA (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), nerve blocks (various body regions), trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks, genicular RFA, intercostal nerve blocks, piriformis injections

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification is preferred (may consider truly Board Eligible physicians)
🔹 Active New York State License (required)
🔹 Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 Epic experience required
