PM&R Opportunity – Ohio

Start: April 1, 2026
Duration: 8 months

Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Work Details:
• Hospital-based consult coverage
• Up to 14 patients per day
• Adult patient population
• Hospitalist team manages regular medical care
• EMR: Epic
• 372-bed hospital

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certified in PM&R
• Active Ohio license preferred (open to licensing)
• DEA required in Ohio for credentialing and while working
• Minimum of 1 year experience

Credentialing:
• Temporary privileges available in ~30 days
• Full credentialing ~120 days
