We are seeking a PM&R Physician for a part-time outpatient role focused on orthopedic sports injuries.

📅 Schedule:
1 day per week
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🏥 Practice Setting: Outpatient
🩺 Scope: Must be able to administer injections
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: ~2 weeks
📄 State Licensure: Active South Carolina license required
