Facility:
This new 40-bed, 58,000 square foot free-standing rehabilitation hospital is currently under construction and slated to open in summer 2027. The facility will be specially designed as a therapeutic environment equipped with leading-edge amenities including multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums, specialized "activities of daily living" suites, and outdoor courtyards to encourage patient movement and activity.

Medical Director - Rehabilitation

Job Details:
• Collaborate with CEO and clinical team to provide medical direction for comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal laws, CMS regulations, and Joint Commission standards
• Oversee care for adults recovering from stroke, neurological disease, brain or spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic procedures
• Lead multidisciplinary team providing intensive nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology services
• Work in state-of-the-art facility with latest rehabilitation technology and adaptive equipment
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling options
