Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Looking for a provider to help with coverage until a new perm provider is hired. Ideally looking for full time coverage but can also take one provider who can work 1-2 weeks per month on an ongoing, consistent basis. M-F 8a-5p, no call.

· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
