Physical Medicine & Rehab – Locum Tenens

Job description

We are seeking a provider to assist with coverage until a new permanent provider is hired. Full-time coverage is preferred, but we will also consider a provider who can work 1–2 weeks per month on an ongoing, consistent basis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., no call.

Practice Setting:

Inpatient

Requirements:

Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehab

Active WA medical license or eligible through IMLC

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• M-F 8a-5p, no call.
