Job description

We are seeking a PM&R Physician to provide coverage until a permanent provider is hired. This opportunity offers flexibility and a chance to work in a scenic and culturally rich location.

📅 Schedule Options:
Full-time preferred: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-time option: 1–2 weeks per month on an ongoing, consistent basis
No weekday call; on-call coverage required on weekends

🏥 Practice Setting: Outpatient
👥 Patient Population: 100% Adult
💉 Scope: Must be comfortable giving injections
🕒 Credentialing Timeframe: Immediate start upon credentialing
📄 State Licensure: Active Washington license preferred
🖥 EMR: Epic
