Great opportunity PMR physician with fellowship and interest in either pain, MSK or spine to join this dynamic group in a rapidly growing practice. 4 facilities.

All outpatient with a large patient and referral base. Extremely collegiate atmosphere.
Practically zero med management, various procedures done in office/suite setting. Highly trained mid-level, nursing, med and office staff.
Offering salary in the $300k-$400k range plus aggressive bonus based on procedures with second year option to go to fully procedural based income.
Outstanding options to reside in with excellent school systems, tons to do, easy ride to Seattle and straight shot down to Portland.
