🩺 Part-Time Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Brooklyn, NY
⏰ 16-20 Hours per Week | Flexible Schedule | Onsite Only
What You’ll Do:
Provide medication management and new psychiatric evaluations (60 mins for new evals; 40 mins if diagnosis done by LCSW/Psychologist)
Manage behavioral health concerns including ADHD, depression, OCD, Autism Spectrum, Bipolar Disorder
Work primarily with IDD population (90%)
Dedicate 1 hour of admin time at the end of each day
Work onsite in Brooklyn with a flexible schedule — 2 back-to-back training days required
Open hours 8 AM to 7 PM with potential weekend shifts (shorter hours on Saturdays)
Requirements:
Must have Medicare and Medicaid enrollment
Comfortable with general psychiatry and IDD population
Flexible schedule: prefers 6-month or longer commitment
