Job Description

Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, permanent outpatient opportunity in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient psychiatry
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No call requirements
• In-person practice setting
• Collaborative practice model with Psychiatrist support
• Protected administrative time built into the schedule

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan
• Majority adult patient population
• Dedicated adolescent providers on staff
• Average daily volume of 13-15 patients
• 60-minute new patient evaluations
• 30-minute follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Team Structure

• 2 Psychiatrists
• 3 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
• 2-3 Behavioral Health Therapists/Social Workers

Requirements

• PMHNP certification required
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric NP experience required
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Interest in collaborative outpatient behavioral health practice

Compensation

• Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $147,500, based on experience
• Quality and productivity incentive plan
• Additional $10 per RVU above quarterly threshold of 694 RVUs
• Historical productivity earnings averaging approximately $18,800 annually
