We’re seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a hospital-based locum tenens opportunity in beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine. This assignment is primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults. Work with a supportive care team in one of the most scenic destinations in the country! 🦞🌲

📅 Assignment Details:

Location: Bar Harbor, ME
Start Date: Late July 2025
Contract Length: 3–6 months (with potential to extend)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–5p (4-day workweek option!)
Setting: Hospital-based – mainly outpatient with some inpatient consults
Call: None
EMR: Cerner
Reason for Need: Ongoing perm recruitment

🧠 Clinical Responsibilities:
Psychiatric evaluations & treatment planning
Medication management 💊
Infrequent inpatient consults
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams

✅ Requirements:
Board Certified in Psychiatry (ABPN)
Active ME license or IMLC eligible (we can help!) 📝
Active DEA & CSR
Credentialing: ~60 days
