Outpatient/IDD Population
16 hours a week can be flexible on the split
8-12 patients a day 70% Adults and 30% C/A
EMR-Avatar
CA License only
Onsite and All ages seen REQUIRED
Flexible with Med Checks and Evaluations
Must be paneled in Medicare and Med-Cali
Preferred Vietnamese or Spanish Speaking
- 16 hours a week can be flexible on the split
- 70% adults 30% C/A 8-12 Patients Per Day
- Onsite required as well as all ages required
