🧠 Position Highlights:
• Schedule:
o 1–2 weekends/month
o ~6 hours of rounding starting at 8 AM
o Followed by 24-hour telephone-only call coverage (no overnight in-house required)
• Census: 6–12 patients/day
• Setting: Acute inpatient unit, adolescent focus
• Support: Multidisciplinary team including therapists, social workers, and nurses
• EMR: Cerner

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
– or – General Psychiatry with completed CAP Fellowship
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Comfortable managing acute behavioral and psychiatric presentations in youth
• Open to consistent monthly coverage starting in Fall 2025
