Facility is located 1 hour out of Sacramento, 8-5 schedule 3 days per week, 3-month commitment with the ability to extend, Estimated end of October-Early November start date, 45 min sessions and 8 patients per day on average, Walk in times that don't always fill which gives extra charting time, All ages seen and board certified PREFERRED, California state license and DEA REQUIRED
