Adolescent Psychiatrist - Weekend Coverage 1-2x/Mo

Job description

Amount of coverage needed/month: 1-2 weekends per month
Shift times: Generally 6 hrs of rounding starting at 8am. Once provider finishes rounding, they'll be on call until 8am the following day
Call requirements: 24 hr. telephone call coverage Sat and Sunday
Patients per day: 6- 12

Required skills and experience needed:
• *** Minimum requirements - BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or at minimum BC in General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
• Strong foundation in psychiatric principles, diagnoses, and treatment modalities, including psychopharmacology and various psychotherapies.
• Experience in administering and managing psychiatric medications in children and adolescents.
