🚨 Psychiatry Medical Director Opportunity – Inpatient Leadership Role 🚨

Join a well-structured adult inpatient program in a fully onsite Medical Director position in Northern California. This role offers meaningful leadership impact, a stable clinical environment, and the opportunity to guide an experienced psychiatric team.

⏱️ Schedule & Structure

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00a–4:00p

1 weekend per month for rounding

Adult inpatient population (18+)

Steady daily flow with 2–3 admissions per day

Consistent census of approximately 14 patients

📋 Ideal Candidates Bring

Board Certification in Psychiatry

Active California medical license

Strong inpatient psychiatry background

Prior leadership experience preferred

Strong references and clean background

Active involvement in APA or other professional organizations

Recent contributions to the field (publications, teaching hospitals, community involvement, etc.)
