Florida Health Care Plans, a leading multi-specialty staff model HMO, seeks a full-time, Board-Certified Psychiatrist to provide direct clinical care to our behavioral health patients in Daytona Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treating behavioral health conditions, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to improving mental health services in the community. This position has the opportunity at 6-8 months of advancing to the Director of Behavioral Health role.

As the Behavioral Health Director, responsibilities include overseeing clinical operations, spearheading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication with the Chief Medical Officer and other designated team members.
