📍 Peoria, IL | 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

🔍 Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM (with lunch break)
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Patient Load: 14–20 patients per day
Appointment Lengths: 15–45 minutes
Ages: All ages preferred; open to 18+ only
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Prescribing: Must prescribe through Solvera's in-house pharmacy
👥 Patient Population & Case Types:
Wide-ranging acuity: from general anxiety to acute mental health needs
Dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders commonly seen
Team-based, collaborative care environment
✅ Requirements:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
IL license in good standing
Care/Caid enrollment preferred
Must be comfortable with on-site work (local or drive-in candidates strongly preferred)
1-year commitment
Estimated 90-day credentialing
