Psychiatrist needed ASAP for 2 days a week in Massachusetts!
Job description
Psychiatrist (OP/ACT Program)
Location: Onsite (flexible for some community-based visits; starting onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
16–20 hours/week
Two 8-hour days or two 10-hour days
Must be available Thursdays
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Patient Population:
Adults 18+
Severe Mental Illness (SMI)
6–8 patients per day
1-hour psychiatric evaluations
30-minute med management sessions
Role Requirements:
Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Must be eligible to bill Medicare/Medicaid
Willingness to travel into the community as needed (light travel)
Assignment Type:
3 month contract (12-week LOA coverage)
Possibility of extension
- Outpatient
- 3 months
