"We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our inpatient facility. The Medical Director directs the clinical programs of the organization according to the guidelines established for all staff physicians and mid-levels or individuals with similar training and board certification. Responsible for medical administration and supervision, fiscal management, creating and developing clinically sound, consumer-oriented services in collaboration with the Senior Leadership TeamEssential Functions of the role:• Collaborates with the CEO, CFO, COO, EVP as an integral part of the executive team.• Provides leadership in all areas relating to clinical operations• Responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures• Leads and directs medical staff and APRN’s with responsibility for the administrationand coordination of hospital psychiatric services.• Oversee and monitor the quality of the psychiatric care and medical care provided to allhospitalized patients.• Utilizes DSM-5 / ICD 10 terminology and concepts for diagnosis and treatment.• Carries a case load of up to six (6) patients• Provide psychiatric medical call for weekend and evenings in a monthly rotation withother employed physiciansEducation and experience requirements:• Graduate of an accredited medical school and board-certified in adult or childpsychiatry.• Program development, implementation, and leadership experience of no less than fiveyears in inpatient behavioral health services.• License to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts.• Active DEA #• Active physician participant in applicable payor provider Sign up or sign in for contact information more information, please apply with your CV.Mark DotsonJackson Physician Sign up or sign in for contact information"
