🏥 16-bed unit (current census: 12)
👥 All adult age groups (18–90+)
⏳ 30–90 day average length of stay
🔹 Clinical Director: Lead the medical and clinical vision, collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, and partner with a Hospital Administrator who manages operations.
