Job Overview
Setline Health has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Adult Psychiatrist to join a supportive and well-established community mental health practice in Nashua, New Hampshire. This role is ideal for psychiatrists experienced in Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and Suboxone treatment who are seeking a collaborative outpatient environment with a manageable caseload and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Outpatient only: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an hour lunch; schedule flexibility possible after the first year.

Light call: Phone-only crisis support on a rotating basis with other psychiatrists and NPs; one holiday per year; no emergency department calls.

Manageable caseload: 8–12 patients per day, with approximately one psychiatric evaluation daily and the rest 30-minute follow-up appointments.

Supportive team: Work alongside 3 psychiatrists and 3 NPs, with potential NP support for your caseload.

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry.

Experience in community mental health settings preferred.

Comfortable treating SPMI populations and providing Suboxone treatment.

Must reside in New Hampshire for occasional winter on-site duties.

New graduates are not being considered at this time.
