PT C/A Psychiatrist in New Jersey

Job description

Starting at 16 hours per week, with potential for increased hours
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Patient Population:
Youngest age: 8 years old
Cases primarily involve depression and trauma
Caseload:
Approximately 6 patients per day:
2 initial evaluations (60–90 minutes each)
4 medication management visits (30 minutes each)
Provider will work onsite one day per week at the closest location
On the other day, provider will conduct telehealth appointments from the office
Provider’s onsite location will be the site closest to them on both days
Requirements:
Medicare and Medicaid enrollment required
Board certification preferred but not required

• Part time 16 hours to start
• Ages are 8+
• 6 Patients Per Day
