Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Forensic Outpatient Locum to work in Auburn, New York, as soon as credentialed.

The role of Forensic Outpatient:
· Bid List due: 09/03/2025
· Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri, 8a-4p.
· Facility: has many stairs (inside/outside)
· Settings: vary, especially our ICP (day treatment program with the SMI population).
· Evaluations needed: 2 PC, Competency, etc. and COPM management.
· Areas of coverage include RCTP (Resident Crisis Treatment Program, Residential Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) and Special Housing Unit (SHU).
· Must be computer literate, including but not limited to Microsoft Word.
· Must have good interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.

Requirements of Forensic Outpatient Locum:
State license; active, unrestricted.
Experience: 1 year minimum – relatable forensic experience preferred.
Board certified; Fellowshipped – is a plus
Medicaid/Medicare Registered, DEA NY - in hand
Credentialing once offered – as short as two weeks. Orientation falls on Thursdays.
