🚨 Urgent Need: Addiction Medicine Psychiatrist
📅 ASAP Start – Emergency Temp Privileges Available
🕒 Mon–Thurs | 40+ hrs/week | 10–12 hr shifts
🏥 Outpatient Addiction Treatment Center
🔍 Position Highlights:Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient (adolescents 16+ and adults)
Patient Volume: 20–40/day
Visit Types:
Follow-ups: 20–30 minutes
Initial Evals: Extended time
Scope of Practice:
Psychiatric evaluations
Medication management
Must be comfortable managing controlled substances (e.g., buprenorphine/Suboxone)
Support:
Part-time NP
Full multidisciplinary behavioral health team
✅ Requirements:
Fellowship or Board Certification in Addiction Medicine – Required
Truly Board Eligible candidates considered if actively pursuing certification
DEA + ability to manage MAT protocols
