Location:

Psychiatry 3rd Floor


Patient mix:

5-65+ available


Volume (patients per day):

10 Th and Fri with precepting hours MTW


New consults per day:

~1


How long is the need for?

6 mos contract until replacement hired


Any weekend or weeknight call required? if so, what does that look like?

Yes, 1 week once every 7 weeks dependent on provider staffing


Hours/Schedule:

8am-5pm 1 hr lunch 4 hours admin time


Solo position? If not, what other support staff:

MOA, OAA, LPN and PM support


Reason for need:

Perm Provider Left

Board Certification requirements:

Certification in the specialty by the
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or the American Osteopathic
Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, or possess qualifications judged acceptable to
