PSY O/P Full Time Hybrid 2-3 days onsite weekly in Pennsylvania
Job description
Full time 4-10s preferred but can do 8x5 all outpatient
All age groups 60-40% Adults to C/A youngest ages seen are 5-6
60 minute evaluations 15 minute check for adults 20 minutes for C/A
2 new evaluations a day 1 morning med checks rest of the day
On site or Hybrid tele capabilities for extenuating circumstances like inclement weather
Strong Support Staff nurses and patients navigators
3 week credentialing
EMR-Streamline
Provider will rotate between individual locations each week between the Eastern/Western Regions
- HYBRID WORK 2-3 days onsite per week 4-10s
