✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO with Psychiatry specialization
✔️ Current, unrestricted medical license (any state) and licensed to conduct business in WA
✔️ 2+ years post-graduate psychiatry training; 5+ years DDDS consultation preferred
✔️ No exclusions from Medicare/Medicaid or federal programs

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review and interpret psychiatric records, evaluations, and diagnostic reports
✔️ Assess severity and functional impact of mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, schizophrenia)
✔️ Provide expert written and verbal consultation to DDDS adjudicator staff
✔️ Participate in adjudicative team meetings aligning assessments with federal standards
✔️ Attend quarterly consultant meetings and maintain compliance with guidelines
