Lifesong Counseling is a therapy group practice where the therapists run their own independent practices as part of the Lifesong network. You focus on the people, and we will take care of the rest:

● Billing - we have a billing team at the office every day who can manage the whole billing process for you, follow up with insurance companies and clients on your behalf, and answer any billing questions you have at any time
● Insurance - we'll do your insurance credentialing and call insurance for you when there are billing issues
● Office Space - we'll provide you with an office, supplies, internet, etc
● Weekly meetings with other clinicians - our current therapists tell us that this is the most valuable thing we offer them. In a confidential and professional way, therapists can discuss tough cases, learn about other clinicians’ expertise, and share best practices.
● Marketing - we promote you on our website, social media, and advertising
● Practice Management software (we use TherapyNotes)
● Client communication - we'll reach out to your clients to remind them of outstanding balances, upcoming appointments, or to answer questions about insurance or other things
● We pay for everything (the website, marketing, office space, building facilities and supplies, TherapyNotes, internet and phone, etc), and we charge you a percentage of your billing. We only get paid when you do.

At Lifesong Counseling, you have full autonomy and flexibility over how you run your practice. As an independent contractor, you have full control over your schedule, hours, who you want to see, what you want to specialize in, etc. Enjoy the flexibility of running your own practice without the headache of the administrative side of the business!

We have offices set up and ready for you to use in Cheyenne, WY. If you don’t want to live in Cheyenne or already have an office setup, you can still practice anywhere in Wyoming or Colorado and be a part of our network and utilize our billing team, EMR, website, marketing, and other resources.
